The tatami
1. How long does it take to set up the tatami?
Connect the included pump and in about 2 minutes it will be ready to train.
2. How big is it?
Size designed for comfortable rolling at home, flats, garages or garden. Currently, 4x4 meter and 6x6 meter sizes are available on demand.
3. How do you save it?
It deflates easily by putting the electric pump in deflate mode. It completely removes all the air for easier folding.
4. Can it be cleaned?
Yes. It is made with sweat-resistant and easy-to-clean materials, simply wipe with a damp cloth.
5. Does it include a pump?
Yes. The pump is included so you can quickly set it up and take it down.
Shipping
1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Spain and Europe. If you need shipping to another country, contact us and we will assess it.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours and delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on destination.
Returns
1. Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days to return the product if you are not satisfied.
(The tatami mat must be in good condition and with its accessories.)
2. Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective products, the customer covers the shipping costs of the return.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the costs.
3. When will I receive my refund?
We will process the refund once we receive the product and verify its condition.
Typically within 5–7 business days.
